At 维德谷学院 we are dedicated to helping 高 school students throughout our district achieve college 和 career readiness. In partnership with local 高 schools, we are striving to support students' needs by:
- Offering students opportunities to enroll in college-level courses to support 高 school graduation rates;
- Increasing the number of students who are college 和 career ready upon graduating from 高 school;
- Increasing students preparation to transfer to four-year colleges 和 universities starting in 高 school;
- Developing seamless Career Education pathways from 高 school to community college;
- At 维德谷学院 there are multiple ways students can earn college credit while still in 高 school.

Dual Enrollment offers 高 school students the opportunity to enroll in VVC courses 和 receive college credit while pursuing their 高 school diploma. Dual Enrollment is divided into two areas: 工厂检查 和 Non-工厂检查 (formerly Concurrent Enrollment). Courses are offered in a variety of disciplines 和 fields including general education 和 career pathway courses that align with local industry. Students can take these courses at their 高 school or at VVC depending on the agreement between the 高 school district 和 the college district.

All students must complete VVC's 招生 application through CCC应用 和 follow the 入学步骤 for Dual Enrollment students. 注:家庭学校学生, who wish to enroll as a Non-工厂检查 student, must provide a copy of the affidavit which has been filed with the California Superintendent of Public Instruction to the 招生及记录 office prior to registration.
工厂检查 - College 和 Career Access Pathways

The classes are taught at a local 高 school campus during school hours. Classes taught at a 高 school are restricted 和 are only open to 高 school students. These courses are completely free for students, 和 students receive both 高 school 和 college credit. 学生必须完成 在线ccapp申请 和 submit the 工厂检查 双重报名表格 (provided by the 高 school counseor) to register

Non-工厂检查 (formerly Concurrent Enrollment)
Students enroll in VVC courses offered on our campus or online with approval from their 高 school. Enrollment fees college-related fees apply. (See below) Students are also responsible for the cost of any books 和 supplies. Students receive college credit for courses taken, but their 高 school will determine if they are able to receive dual credit towards their 高 school graduation requirements as well. 学生必须完成 online CCC应用应用程序 和 submit the Dual Enrollment form to register.

A completed Dual Enrollment form must be submitted each semester before the student can register for classes.

Neither Non-工厂检查 or 工厂检查学生 will be permitted to go over the unit limit or course limit.
